PLR Worldwide Sales Limited (referred to as “PLR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an international company with headquarters in Ireland. PLR is the rightholder to all our games, websites and related services. PLR also is the personal information handling business operator in terms of processing of personal information of our players and users.

Our group of companies also includes entities in Cyprus, Russia, and Ukraine. As an international company we may entrust processing of personal information of our players and users to our subsidiaries in these countries in order to achieve the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.

Additionally, we have commercial partners providing us marketing, advertising, support, and hosting services to which we similarly entrust processing of personal information of our players. These companies are located in Japan, the EU, the USA, Singapore and Israel.

As an Irish company we follow the highest standards of handling and transferring, including international transfer, of personal information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Likewise, we have obliged our subsidiaries and partners in writing to meet these requirements in their processing personal information activities. To ensure security and confidentiality of personal information during processing our subsidiaries and partners have implemented legal, technical and organisational measures as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Personal Information Protection Commission ("PPC") of Japan has conducted analysis on the system for the protection of personal information in the USA, Russia, and Ukraine (available at a link in Japanese) and will conduct analysis on Israel in the near future (the link to PPC website will be provided accordingly).
